FULL TURN DIRECT SHIPPING POLICIES (please pay particular attention if you are placing a time sensitive order)
NON- CUSTOM ORDERS
Non-Custom Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. No delivery or order processing will occur on weekends or holidays.
CUSTOM orders
Please note that all custom orders will be shipped within 10-14 business days from the warehouse.
FedEx Ground Shipping
Ground shipping orders usually arrive 4 to 7 business days after the ship date. Standard delivery is available for shipping to U.S., Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses. FedEx and UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes.
FedEx Express Shipping
Express orders usually arrive 1 to 3 business days after the ship date. Express shipping to Rural Routes and remote locations usually arrives within 3 to 4 business days after the ship date. Express Shipping is NOT available for U.S.territories, P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Some items may not be available for Express Shipping.
International Customers
We also ship outside the United States.
FULL TURN DIRECT Return Policy OF NON-CUSTOM MERCHANDISE
Non-custom merchandise can be returned within 30 days
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of Non-custom, we will accept returns that are in original condition with original tag. Return Items must not be washed, worn or altered.
FULL TURN DIRECT CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF CUSTOM/DECORATED MERCHANDISE. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR CLUB DIRECTLY FOR SUCH RETURNS.
- All returns should be made directly to the shop and are subject to inspection. The shop will then notify Full Turn Direct to facilitate the return.
- All returns will be credited to the original form of payment within 5 business days of receipt.
- Credit card credits should appear on your next monthly statement-the Vendor will be Full Turn Direct.
- You will receive an e-mail notification upon completion of return processing.
- The amount will be credited if returned within 30 days of the purchase date on your sales receipt and accompanied by the original sales receipt
- Merchandise older than 30 days from the original purchase date cannot be returned.
- We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item was defective.

Sale and Discount Offers
All sale and discount offers issued are valid on this web store only. Discount or sale price will not be applied toward, gift cards, excluded items, taxes, shipping and handling or custom embroidery fees.Sale and discount offers are not valid on previous purchases. Sale offers are considered final and are not returnable unless defective.

Sales Tax Policy
Sales Tax is currently applied to California residents only. If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes you paid for that item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note that on-screen order totals may reflect estimated tax. The actual charge to your credit card will reflect all applicable taxes calculated at the time your order is shipped. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or technical error, Full turn Direct shall have the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
